DS Tek was founded by fellow MOCVD professionals who realized the need to empower the MOCVD industry to have an alternative source for reactors, parts, supporting equipment, services, and consultations.  DS Tek specializes in hardware and software used by the largest MOCVD reactor OEMs and in promoting the reduction, reuse, and recycling of MOCVD related items, thus reducing waste.  We sell quality new and used parts in the MOCVD Shop.  We also acquire and refurbish used reactors and related parts.

With our factory trained technicians and engineers, we have the abilities and resources to provide high quality services on MOCVD reactors worldwide.  Additionally, we believe that knowledge sharing is key to advancing the whole MOCVD industry.  Therefore, we created the only on-line based MOCVD forum in the world.
